Holiday Club

Tree Tops Activities are carefully planned to support children in having an enjoyable time at the Holiday Club whilst allowing children to have free play. Our staff follow weekly activity schedules based on a weekly theme and our staff are adaptable with the activities to meet the children’s needs. Tree Tops know that all children have different interests and our activities are planned daily to include a wide range of activities suitable for 4-12 year olds.
All children attending our holiday clubs are given the opportunity to try a range of activities which include, arts and crafts, cookery, football, tennis, messy play, construction and much more. For Easter and Summer Holidays we offer special activities on selected days such as Quad Bikes (over 8s), Go Karts (under 8s), Inflatable Fun, Laser Tag and Archery. Look out on the website for these special activities. Siblings and friends can stay together if they wish and children make new friends whilst attending our holiday clubs.

Club Access

Tree Tops Holiday Club is located at Colnbrook CofE Primary School, High Street, Colnbrook, Berks, SL3 0JZ. Tree Tops holiday club is located in the school hall with access to the school field, classrooms, and playgrounds. Tree Tops Holiday Clubs are for children aged 4-12 year olds and all children must be booked on our online system before they attend. The after Holiday Club is located in the school hall. Please come through the school gates and ring the Tree Tops Clubs doorbell and a member of the team will let you in.- Please follow the Yellow Tree Tops This Way Signs.

Drop off and pick up can be anytime during your allocated session time. On pick up, the person collecting your child must be over the age of 16 and must have the daily password. Please arrive on time to pick your children up from the club. Tree Tops Clubs has a late collection fee.

Important Information & FAQs

All holiday club bookings must be booked and paid for prior to children attending our holiday club. Please note that there are no refunds and sessions cannot be swapped.
• All children must be registered on our online booking system KidsClubHQ with their sessions booked.
• Payment can be made by credit/debit card, bank transfer, childcare vouchers or tax-free childcare (please arrange to let head office have your unique tax reference number).
• Please refer to our terms and conditions for late payment charges and late collection fees from our after school clubs.
• The club mobile is only for emergency contact and operated during club session times. Please contact our head office team for bookings and general enquiries.
• Suitable clothing for indoor and outdoor activities is required i.e. sun hats & suncream during warner weather and coats, gloves and hats in colder weather.
• If you wish you can pack some spare clothes that you do not mind getting messy for outdoor play and craft activities.
• Please inform the head office of any contact details updates and inform our staff team of any medical changes.
• If your child has any dietary or medical requirements, please advise our head office immediately so that the appropriate forms can be completed prior to their attending their session.
• All medication including Epipens and Inhalers must have the Doctor’s prescription label on it with the child’s name and dosage requirements. All medication must be in a box or bag clearly labelled with your child’s name on it and handed to our staff team at the start of the session. No medicine will be administered by our staff team without the Permission to Administer Medicine Form completed. It is parents’ responsibility to ensure they hand over the correct medication that is in date and that they arrange to collect this at the end of the session.
