Dear Parents and Carers,
We trust you are well,
As I am sure you have seen in the news, the outbreak of the Coronavirus in the UK has now spread.
There have been discussions with the Government that schools may close for up to 2 weeks. If this happens it will directly affect Tree Tops Clubs, Wild Life Day Camps and our services to parents. (Please note at the time of this email nothing has been confirmed from Government.)
Whilst we aim to continue to operate business as usual, we would like to make you aware of our plans, should the Government decide to close schools. With the above in mind, our terms and conditions will apply as this is an enforced closure.
Breakfast and After School Club bookings – As a goodwill gesture, we will offer a 50% account credit after 5 consecutive working days of closure.
Holiday Clubs bookings – At this moment in time Holiday Clubs will be running as usual until further notice. If they do not run, there will be 100% account credit.
Wild Life Day Camps Holiday Club – Please wait for further email updates
We hope this helps towards any inconvenience caused, unfortunately as I am sure you can understand, this is completely out of our hands. We will continue to keep you updated, once we have further advice.
We ask that parents and carers bear with us while we work though this unforeseen issue. Please wait for further updates from our Company. Please note that head office will be busy while we help support our parents and our staff.
Thank you for your continued support of our Company during these tough times.
